Inorganic coating

Inorganic coatings are refined from liquid inorganic silicate. The inorganic silicate components can penetrate into the capillary pores of the cement-based material through petrification and form an insoluble calcium silicate inorganic hard coating with the concrete surface. The coating has excellent weather resistance, breathability, water and mold resistance, providing long-lasting protection for buildings.

Fireproof and flame-retardant: The main components of fireproof and flame-retardant inorganic coatings are inorganic minerals, which have excellent flame-retardant or non-flammable properties. They do not burn at 1200℃ and do not release any harmful gases.

Anti-corrosion and anti-mold: Fireproof and flame-retardant inorganic coatings have the characteristics of alkali (with a PH value above 10.5), which can kill bacteria and moss spores. Their breathability (similar to human skin, water cannot enter but sweat can escape) can keep buildings dry. Therefore, there is no need to rely on fungicides or preservatives to resist the reproduction of mold and moss, achieving the natural effect of moisture-proofing and mold-proofing.

Excellent permeability: When applying fireproof and flame-retardant inorganic coatings, silicate or silica sol penetrates 0.5-2MM deep into the base surface with moisture and undergoes a chemical reaction with the mineral base to form a kind of silica stone that is resistant to alkali and acid, firmly bonding the coating to the wall as one.

Petrification: The secret of inorganic coatings lies in their petrification with mineral matrices (undergoing chemical reactions to combine and form a waterproof and weather-resistant silicate rock).
Good air permeability: Due to the microcrystalline structure formed by the silicification reaction between inorganic coatings and the wall, which has excellent air permeability, the moisture in the wall can be fully evaporated, keeping the wall dry.

Aging resistance: The main binder and pigments and fillers used in inorganic coatings are all inorganic substances that are resistant to acids and alkalis, durable (i.e., weather-resistant, UV-aging resistant), and heat-resistant. They can effectively prevent ultraviolet radiation, so the color of the coating does not fade for a long time.
