Product Overview
JS waterproof coating is an organic liquid material composed of polymer emulsions such as polyacrylate emulsion and vinyl acetate-ethylene copolymer emulsion, along with various high-quality additives. According to the construction requirements, cement, quartz sand, light and heavy calcium carbonate, etc. can be selected in a 1:1 ratio of slurry to powder (if quartz sand is selected, the proportion of powder will increase, but the flexibility of the waterproof film will also decrease accordingly) A two-component water-based building waterproof coating in which the total content of quartz sand in the powder should not exceed 40%.
Product Features The powder can be mixed as needed for construction, or colored pigments can be added to make a colored coating. It features excellent film-forming effect, fast curing, stable performance, superior aging resistance and long waterproof life. It has strong adhesion and good bonding performance for most materials. It has good workability, is safe to use and easy to install.
Scope of application Suitable for moisture-proof treatment of industrial and civil roofs, bathrooms, basements, water storage tanks or other places.
Base surface treatment The base surface must be flat, solid, clean, free of oil stains, mold release agents, floating dust and other loose substances. Before applying the waterproof slurry, it must be thoroughly moistened with clean water. Only when there is no standing water or accumulated water should the construction proceed. For larger holes and cracks, they should be repaired first with leak-stopping king or repair mortar.
Reference dosage The usage is approximately 2.0kg/m²(the actual usage depends on the actual condition of the base surface and the required thickness of the waterproof layer).
Notes Please carry out the construction under conditions of temperature ranging from 8 to 35 ℃ and relative humidity not exceeding 85%; otherwise, the ideal penetration and film-forming effect cannot be achieved.
Construction technology
1. Base surface treatment (must be flat, solid, clean, free of oil stains and hollowing)
2. Wet the base surface (the base surface must be fully wetted, but there should be no standing water or accumulated water) 3. Stir (Mix the slurry and powder and stir until there are no powder particles left. Let it stand for several minutes and stir again) 4. Apply the first coat of waterproof coating (the force applied should be even and the thickness consistent. Remember to ensure even coverage without any missed areas) 5. Apply the second coat of waterproof coating (after the first coat is surface dry, apply it in a cross pattern, ensuring even coverage without any missed areas) 6. Reinforcement treatment at corners and around pipes (Construction at corners and around pipes should be meticulous and reinforcement treatment should be carried out)
7. Watering maintenance (3 days of moist maintenance, no water accumulation) 8. Water-tightness test (Conduct a 24-48 hour water-tightness test on concave surfaces, water tanks, etc.) 9. Drainage protection (After the water on the concave surface is drained, maintain for 8 hours before proceeding to the next process)
Storage method This product should be stored in a cool, well-ventilated and dry place. The suitable storage temperature is 5-35 ℃.
Shelf life The original sealed product has a shelf life of one year when stored in a dry and cool environment (temperature 5 ℃ to 35 ℃, relative humidity no more than 85%).
Warm reminder This product contains cement and may cause skin allergies. Please take protective measures during operation. If it accidentally splashes into your eyes, rinse with clean water.
