Product Introduction

Construction technology
1. Surface treatment: The surface of the base material should be free of oil stains and oxide scale, and undergo sandblasting treatment to meet the rust removal grade Sa2.5 standard. After the surface treatment is completed, the primer should be applied within 4 hours to prevent the base material from rusting again.
2. Primer application: Waterborne epoxy primer or waterborne epoxy zinc-rich primer can be selected and applied to the specified film thickness.
3. Intermediate paint application: According to the construction requirements, waterborne epoxy mica intermediate paint can be applied to enhance the anti-corrosion and shielding properties and increase the thickness of the paint film.
4. Topcoat application: Apply water-based fluorocarbon metallic paint to the specified film thickness. The coating should be smooth and flat, with uniform and consistent color.

Precautions
During the construction process, a dedicated curing agent must be used in conjunction.
2. Use deionized water to dilute the coating.
3. After the main paint and curing agent are mixed, they should be used up within the pot life to prevent the paint from solidifying.
The construction environment should be between 5℃ and 40℃.
